The high-flow pump delivers the material to the rotary drum screen.

The transmission system drives the wedge wire drum screen to rotate for solid-liquid separation.

The entire separation process is carried out on the surface of the screen with special V-shaped structure slots.
The liquid and some small-sized solids pass through the V-shaped gap, and the larger solids are transported to the outlet end.

The Vee-Wire screens are designed to fit the specifications of the system and are ideal for replacing worn-out screens in existing applications.

We have a variety of wedge wire welding techniques with various tilt angles, which greatly improves the working efficiency of the rotary drum screen.

Welding: The common welding methods are plasma welding, argon arc welding, etc. Compared with argon arc welding, plasma welding is more excellent, the welded joint is stronger, and can achieve the same mechanical strength as the non welded joint.
